Apparently it’s a fad in China. I’ve sold five different Dior earrings recently, and every one was marked on the finding (not the earring), except for a Germany demi parure that the actual pierced earrings were marked. Also, I find it hard to imagine that someone would put a Dior finding on another earring, let alone both of them.
